1. What we collect

• Brand listings - company name, tagline, description, website URL, category, country, founded year, social links, contact email, and your logo file.
• Payments - PayPal handles card data. We only store the transaction ID, payer email, amount, and currency.
• Click logs - when someone clicks through to your website, we log a SHA-256 hash of the visitor's IP, the referrer, and a truncated user-agent string. We never store raw IPs.
• Cookies - a session cookie when you log in via magic link. No third-party tracking, no advertising cookies.

2. Why we collect it

To run the service: display your listing, process your payment, prevent abuse, and show you click analytics. That's it.

3. Who we share it with

Nobody, except processors strictly needed to run the service: PayPal (payments), our hosting provider (cPanel/server infrastructure), Cloudflare (CDN/security). We do not sell or rent your data.

4. How long we keep it

For the lifetime of your listing. If you remove your listing, we delete your details within 30 days. Click logs older than 90 days are aggregated and the raw rows deleted.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@thelogowall.com. If you're in the EU/UK, you have the rights set out in the GDPR/UK GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

6. Children

The Logo Wall is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
